Masson Pergola, a Covid solution

As a response to Covid-19 social distancing conditions, more undercover outdoor space became an obvious necessity at many venues. To meet this requirement, in November 2020, Steve Keeling designed a pergola which is in keeping with the Heights Vision of using heritage references for future developments. It provides a sheltered picnic space that echoes similar buildings used in 18c pleasure gardens. It was completed in time for the opening of the estate after the relaxation of Covid restrictions in May.
